JOURNEYMAN TEST PREP - Are you a certified beekeeper looking to test to the next level? Join us for a Journeyman Test Prep.  Check out the "Bee School" tab for more information.


BEE BLAST - In lieu of a June monthly meeting, please join us for our annual Bee Blast picnic and practical testing for certification on Saturday, June 15th. The practical exam portion  is available to anyone who has taken and passed the written exam in the last 4 years. Lunch is provided, please bring a dessert. Email ocbeeks@gmail.com for location map and exam instructions.


Purpose

The Onslow County Beekeepers Association (OCBA) is a charter member of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association. Our goal is to teach and encourage better methods among the beekeepers of Onslow County and the surrounding area, to promote cooperation and sharing, and to reach a common understanding regarding our challenges and the solution.

The Onslow County Beekeepers Association beekeepers seek to teach and encourage better beekeeping methods among fellow beekeepers

The Onslow County Beekeepers Association (OCBA) membership meetings occur the 2nd Tuesday of every month from
7:00pm - 9:00pm at the Hines Farm Park & Stables located at
1259 McCallister Rd., Jacksonville NC 

Meetings include educational components for beginner and experienced beekeepers, a question-and-answer session, association business and announcements. Raffle and 50/50 drawings are available to members only. 

Members are invited to come early and mingle with other beekeepers.
